I worked for Morning Pointe at the personal care building during COVID and came back to run the memory care building this year. I have worked at the Lantern for just over 4 years. My favorite thing about my job is getting to know each resident personally and earning their trust so I can better care for them. I also love getting to know their families! In this community, we are one big family! I have the most amazing and compassionate coworkers. I have volunteered here several times and the place is always clean and smells nice. The caregivers seem to really care about the residents and anticipate their needs. The activities are always interesting and have a huge crowd and the residents seem happy and content.
The Lantern at Morning Pointe is an amazing community dedicated to the care of our seniors. The staff here are truly devoted to the residents and it shows in their daily work. Love this little community!
