Traumatizing a patient and Deceptive actions: My mother stated to me that she was traumatized by a nurse at Morning Pointe by having several pills shoved down her throat all at one time. The Executive Director, Nikki Thelen, and the Regional VP, Debbi Hall, at their Louisville location refuse to discuss this with me and only want to cover this up. This probably happens to other patients also since they just outright refuse to address such issues with me.
