Please if you value your family do not live here or consider renting here. I have been a resident for about as long as this apartment complex has been open. When they first opened this place WAS nice & staff was friendly. Fast forward to TODAY. There have been multiple SHOOTINGS that were in the news. All residents when I moved here have left fearful of their life. The pool is always dirty or closed, gym machines broken, dirty pathways , lots of dog poop, infestation of wasps, roaches, and infestation of frogs. So when you g... read more
This is NOT a good apartment complex. The pool has been closed the entire summer so far, the staff is rude, and they illegally tow and don’t reimburse. Highly suggest going somewhere else.
Lantana is truly one of the BEST apartment communities in San Marcos. With the area continuing to grow rapidly, the location offers so much convenience — everything from grocery stores and the river to the outlet mall is easily accessible.
