My wife and I had the most wonderful, amazing and memorable stay at the Langham! Truly one of the best hotels in Chicago. Everything from the rooms, the space, the location, the decor, comfort are all top-notch. And best of all is the wonderful customer service, the amazing, welcoming people. We especially loved and appreciated Marcus from the front desk and Ayao from room service. Both were extremely welcoming, kind, caring, very professional and customer-oriented.
We last stayed here 9 yrs ago and wanted to return to Chicago,so we decided to do this for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. It did not dissapoint and we are so glad we returned,all the staff are just so friendly and very helpful. The room we chose was a Club Lounge again as that was perfect for us,we had a good view out. The room does not have a coffee machine which we had forgotten about,but with the lounge a few steps away it was easy to get a drink in the mornings. I had an appointment on April 21st to view a king sized suite along with the clubhouse. When I arrived no one had a record of the appointment. They asked who I spoke to. I do not have a record of who I spoke to. A hotel of this caliber should have a record of such a phone call. Since they could not find record of my appointment, I called sales and events repeatedly and they asked who I talked to After going back and forth they said they would send someone down.
