Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Our kids were warmly welcomed with adorable teddy bears, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. The hospitality was truly exceptional, the location was perfect, and every detail of our stay exceeded our expectations. The property was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. We can't recommend this place highly enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!
We spent a long weekend here over July 4th and had a very nice experience. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area. The service was impeccable, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. Hate Chicago in general but loved this hotel. This is how service should be!
This is a wonderful downtown hotel if you were looking for close proximity to the Riverwalk with plenty of accommodations for guests and multiple ceremony and reception options nearby.
