Staff and service were outstanding. Room fit and finish is exceptional. Location is great for all downtown activities. The one knock is that the views of the rooms on the west side of the building are pretty subpar. Our room basically faced a concrete wall of the hotel next door. When I asked to switch rooms, they told me the only option was to pay for an upgrade, even though I had not been upgraded through the complementary Amex Fine Rewards program. This is absolutely the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at. Spent a couple of nights in the 1-bedroom lake-view suite on the 10th floor at the beginning of July, and then another couple of nights in a Premier room with a king bed later in July. Each trip was sponsored by an interviewing company for which I am grateful. Hotel was amazing. Josh greeted us at the door and helped us up to the room with luggage and it was a great welcome to the hotel. Everyone working here was amazing but special shout out to Josh who really made a great first impression and that’s always key.
Beautiful hotel, impeccable service, perfect location! But the #1 reason why we would come back is for Ryan at the lounge!!! He is truly a master at his art of cocktails and we have never had a better experience elsewhere! He was attentive to what we liked and every single drink he created was an absolute masterpiece!!!
