We had our wedding at The Langham last year, and Emily coordinated everything perfectly. She made the entire process smooth, thoughtful, unforgettable and beautiful . We recently returned for our anniversary, and once again, Emily went above and beyond to make our stay so special. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set her apart. One word sums up our stay: LUXURY. My husband and I booked through AMEX Fine Hotels + Resorts and used the FHR credit, which made our trip even more special. A truly beautiful location (right on the river) with an extremely welcoming atmosphere and amazing service on all fronts. Cannot wait to return next summer!
Very good hotel. Very good room. The difference from 2023 is what happens in the city. There is a lot of noise at night from motorcycles and speeding cars. It is a big difference from Washington where it was very quiet. The feeling is that those who should deal with this problem do not know how to do it. I do not know if there is any hotel that is protected from the noise made by these idiotic people. I would never have thought that a city could decline so much in terms of people's comfort. Shame on the city hall!
