10/10. Everybody working here is attentive and fantastic at their job. I will make a point to seek out this hotel for Chicago trips. They went above and beyond for accommodations with children and both the restaurant and room service were perfect.
As a wedding filmmaker I shoot a lot of getting ready and a lot of weddings at hotels. Chicago is already one of my favorite places to work and the Langham as become of my fav places to work and stay. Beautiful Rooms, Great Service and Killer Views! What more do you want. IG: @hunterfloydfilms

Room, hotel amenities, and service was all high quality. They also had quite a large variety of amenities for hotel guests. Just across the river from the loop, so easy public transport access to the rest of Chicago.
