Exceptional 5-star hotel with all the frills. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the deep soaking tubs, premium Bluetooth speakers, and nightly turn-down service are great touches. The gym is new and gigantic with more equipment than anyone could need. The spa areas are lavish, private, and a great value. My new favorite hotel in Chicago.

We had an amazing stay at The Langham. Deborah from housekeeping was exceptional-both incredibly kind and honest, which we truly appreciated. The overall experience was wonderful, though the pool could have been a bit warmer and open for longer hours. Aside from that, everything was excellent.
AMAZING STAY! It’s incredible. We stayed at the Club Level and it was absolutely spectacular. We didn’t feel like leaving the hotel at all. The spa is incredible. They carry diptique products which smell just divine
The club experience was amazing! Great service and super clean rooms. Everyone was exceptionally nice and welcoming! Would highly recommend for a great hotel in the heart of the city.
