We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was warm and accommodating. Loved the warm pool, but wish it stayed open later an 8:00. Location was perfect for anything you’d like to do.
The staff at The Langham were the highlight of my stay. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was warm, attentive and quick to help, and that level of service is what I expect from this brand. The room itself fell short. There was black buildup in the corners of the shower, visible stains on the curtains, and the pillows were completely flat and offered no support. Great experience! Traveling with two kids isn’t always easy but the staff made it incredibly welcoming and enjoyable. Amenities are very nice and location is excellent. Kids are already looking forward to the next visit.

Had an horrible experience. Planned to stay there for my boyfriend’s birthday and was not able to. Thought room was paid for when I booked online just to be told in person it was just to hold a room. Then I was giving two different answers about how I could go about retrieving room and was misled. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
