Horrible experience. After paying for face and neck lift I went back 3 times for correction of the turkey wattle and jowls not fixed. Lanfranchi at first tried to talk me out of fixing what he didn’t fix; then offered to charge me $6K to fix his poor work. I told him I expected him to stand behind his work & he then offered a $250 discount. I left for obvious reasons & went to another doctor who fixed me and I’m now happy with my appearance. I saw a difference in the mirror but when I saw the before and after photos I was blown away. Yet there is not a stiff overly tight appearance to my skin. His work was performed so skillfully that no one would guess I had any "work" done. His entire staff is also very professional. You will also love his assistant, Ryan.
