I have lived at The Lane for two years. Management is very friendly and responsive. It is well maintained and very convenient. The community here is quiet but friendly. This is a wonderful place to live!
I’ve been living at my new place for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier. The environment is well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s been a great place to settle into!
0/5. Bad communication and management. I had a tour scheduled and waited 15 minutes only for no one to show up. No one was even in the office. I left a voicemail asking if there was maybe a miscommunication and to possibly reschedule, but I haven’t heard back - and that was over a week ago. I think the first red flag was when I called to schedule a tour and the guy on the phone said he would schedule me, but never asked what day/time before trying to hang up. I had to remind him and ask what day/time worked best for them. I ... read more
Great place to live! Very convenient location, close to a lot of restaurants, shops and a freeway. The apartments are spacious and the management is very professional and responsive. I requested maintenance a couple of times, and things were taken care of on the same day, within a couple of hours. The neighbors are very nice.
