AirINN is absolutely top notch. I was at another short term rental management company and at first it was great. I felt like my property was getting the attention it needed to drive revenue and occupancy. As time went on I continued to feel that I my property wasn't a priority and revenue took a dip. When I went to try and make changes to increase revenue and occupancy it was always met with "give us 3-5 days to respond" and then they would fight me on why I'd want to do things like lower the ADR to get bookings.
