Very peaceful community! The leasing office is great at communicating with you and help the best way they can. The location is amazing, tucked in but very central. I can access anything within 5 minutes.
Very nice apartments/condos
I have resided at the Landon since the beginning of 2023, the people made it truly a home. April 2024 happened and it was mass chaos. But to echo a few other’s sentiments, Gabby does go the extra mile for us. Small recent example: I was sick last week and she personally came to check on me and see if my filter needed changed. Thanks for all you do for us! PS: Maintenance Guys(John, Paul and Robert) are helpful and quick to attend to what I have needed repaired. You guys have a “thankless job” just know, you are appreciated.
I’ve been living at the Landon since spring 2022. During 2024, property management made a change to offer properties for sale that you may see in other reviews. People left and for about two months, everything went way downhill. I stayed and since then, the place has done a complete 180. The landscaping is very well maintained better than before.
