I have resided at the Landon since the beginning of 2023, the people made it truly a home. April 2024 happened and it was mass chaos. But to echo a few other’s sentiments, Gabby does go the extra mile for us. Small recent example: I was sick last week and she personally came to check on me and see if my filter needed changed. Thanks for all you do for us! PS: Maintenance Guys(John, Paul and Robert) are helpful and quick to attend to what I have needed repaired. You guys have a “thankless job” just know, you are appreciated.
I’ve been living at the Landon since spring 2022. During 2024, property management made a change to offer properties for sale that you may see in other reviews. People left and for about two months, everything went way downhill. I stayed and since then, the place has done a complete 180. The landscaping is very well maintained better than before. My partner and I recently moved in and our experience so far has been amazing. The apartment is plenty of space and nicely updated, and the complex is clean and quiet. I moved from across the country and have had experiences with some not so great management companies and property managers in the past and Gabby has always been a happy and helpful face here when we've needed her, and is always checking in when I've seen her around the property. I have lived here for awhile and every time we have had an issue with our unit maintenance was quick to respond and to find a solution. Since Gabby started she has always been very communicative and super sweet, I appreciate all she is doing to upkeep the property. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area!
