I have resided at the Landon since the beginning of 2023, the people made it truly a home. April 2024 happened and it was mass chaos. But to echo a few other’s sentiments, Gabby does go the extra mile for us. Small recent example: I was sick last week and she personally came to check on me and see if my filter needed changed. Thanks for all you do for us! PS: Maintenance Guys(John, Paul and Robert) are helpful and quick to attend to what I have needed repaired. You guys have a “thankless job” just know, you are appreciated.
I’ve been living at the Landon since spring 2022. During 2024, property management made a change to offer properties for sale that you may see in other reviews. People left and for about two months, everything went way downhill. I stayed and since then, the place has done a complete 180. The landscaping is very well maintained better than before. My partner and I recently moved in and our experience so far has been amazing. The apartment is plenty of space and nicely updated, and the complex is clean and quiet. I moved from across the country and have had experiences with some not so great management companies and property managers in the past and Gabby has always been a happy and helpful face here when we've needed her, and is always checking in when I've seen her around the property. I have lived here for awhile and every time we have had an issue with our unit maintenance was quick to respond and to find a solution. Since Gabby started she has always been very communicative and super sweet, I appreciate all she is doing to upkeep the property. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area!
Horrible. Horrible on every level. The management is the absolute worst. Needs ZERO or neg stars. Do not rent or buy here. The building is in poor shape and the management is awful and usually not in office. Constantly changing office workers and management. They can not decide if they are landon, LC, Sugar Run but in reality they are collective house. The team always giving wrong incorrect information or ZERO communication.
