The leasing office is super nice！They helped me find my card and sent it back to Virginia since USCIS mistakenly input the wrong address！Thank you so much for their help！
If you are young immigrants new to Bay area and first attracted by the competitive price, I suggest you to finish my story and take a second look at the price, because you are not aware of the additional cost you will have to pay mentally to live here. It's clear this is a fairly old apartment complex, it will be the root cause for every trouble you encounter.
