Get ready for your car to be towed at least once while living here while Red Oak could care less because the tow truck driver couldn't see your sticker even though you've been parked there consistently for months. EDIT: To respond to your assertion, Mr. Dupont, that this is needed to ensure there is enough parking is a specious argument, at best. Great rentals
Good location, the bike path is right there very easy to access, fairly quiet and peaceful, lots of bunnies hopping around, Derry Auto is right next door which comes in extremely helpful
I've been here for about a year. Apartment was clean upon move in, and we've had very few issues. The couple of times we have called maintenance they were here within a day to take care of things. Communication with the office was great during the leasing process, and the whole process was painless (especially coming from out of state and starting a new job in the area). Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent.
