I would give zero stars if the was an option. Of the roughly dozen places I've lived with, they are hands-down the worst. I will stick to the facts in this paragraph. My fiance and I signed a lease with Landmark for 2021-22. Shortly thereafter, they were bought out by **** **** ******, and things took a turn for the worse. Essentially, they wanted us to move units a month into our lease so they could renovate our unit. We tried to opt out, and they said "no". A word of caution to all that plan to rent from Landmark Apartments. We encountered a chimney fire in our apartment on 12/1/2015. Damage to the apartment was substantial and we were forced to find shelter elsewhere. They even told us we had to still pay rent but offered us no assistance, advice, or status on the apartment. In fact, they changed the locks on the door so we could not retrieve our belongings and forced us to make appointments to just enter. Look Around more for better deals – PROS: 1)Staff is very nice, even the maintenance guy. They always give you a reminder about paying rent. 2)Snow removal is fast and really helps out during the winter 4) Its very quiet and most people keep to themselves at least in my building. The area where it is located is very quite too, at night you really only hear road traffic. 5) Really close to school, takes only 20 mins to walk, or a 5-10 min bike ride depending on if you hit the light at prospect and shields. 6) Bus route is clo... read more

Think Twice befor settleing for Landmark – Honestly, I moved into Landmark with high hopes and have been let down at almost every turn. 1) The "free" Internet - First, It's not free if your itemized bill online shows a charge for it. Second, IT IS TERRIBLE, I've never longed for Comcast in my life until I came to this place. Even now I had a hard time even loading Yelp to write this review.
