My Apartment My Experience at the Landmark is actually very pleasent because I have lived here since 2016 and I moved out in 2018 but now I'm just coming back and the new manager Tonya and her assistant stephanie are wonderful, they go beyond to make sure I am taken care of especially stephanie she is very dedicated and caring I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family.
We have had problems since we moved in a few years ago. We have stayed because rent is decent and we have an actual back yard for our dog. We have faced things such as upstairs neighbors growing marijuana, upstairs neighbors that beat each other and their child, upstairs neighbors that refused to stop dropping their trash into our backyard and thankfully all of these neighbors were kicked out after cops were called. Trashy unprofessional management and maintenance These apartments are so TRASHY the workers are horrible everyone including the regional Brenda. Maintenance sucks and is extremely slow and hate to be told when they didn’t do something right. I can’t believe I wasted my money there for a whole year. I had a peeping Tom my apartment was constantly flooding my ac/heat broke in October and I was with out it until the day I moved out in February (last week) so very unprofessional and uncaring towards their tenants. my place is nice I moved here in the spring before i started school and I read reviews and thought that it was a horrible place to stay. i found out on my own that it's very nice here. they have a really good maintenance staff and the manager is very hands on with everything. if we ever have issues we can reach her on her personal cell phone and she comes out to handle any noise complaints or any kinds of issues that we have. i think it's very nice here and i plan on being here awhile. we don't have any issue with people sho... read more
Bad business!!! Got my apartment in December but didn't move in til February roaches been there since I move in til now AUGUST!!! I'm on a housing lease to where I have to pay 1300 to move out of theses infested apartments.!!! Management is rude & maintenance come when they feel or what they tell you "Catching Up". Would not recommend no one to move here!!! Bad experience moving to Beaumont The Landmark Apartments since I moved to Texas!
