I have come to the sad conclusion after 18 months of living at The Landmark that upper-level management personnel care little about the upkeep and condition of this complex. The pool area is kept up, but the lids of large waste bins bulging with unsightly and unsanitary garbage are left wide open and the hall carpets haven't been shampooed in ages. Furthermore, one of the washers has been out of commission for a year now, and despite multiple sprayings insects continue to show up in laundry machines. It's too bad that compan... read more
