Verified Renter I have lived here at the landmark just about almost 3 years and I've been very happy here but when I moved in I was told that there would be more social get togethers I have been disappointed in that but there has also been the pandemic which happened a year after I moved in!!! It is very comfortable very nice the residents are all pretty nice for the most part I plan to live here for a very very long time!!! My rent is pretty high which I am not used to paying this much....
Verified Renter I made the Landmark my home about thirteen years ago and have never regretted my decision. I have adjusted to the quirks of the old building, principally its inflexible heating and cooling system that provides a few weeks of discomfort in the spring and fall.

Verified Renter I really enjoy the location of the building in Uptown& my south facing unit. My tub repaint is peeling off terribly as are my cupboards and I am hardly here. Our leasing office team and Maintenance team are excellent. Very efficient and very friendly.
