I’ve only lived at this property for about three months, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Maintenance came to my apartment several days in a row for work orders regarding an AC that wasn’t working. On the last visit—when the AC was finally fixed—I discovered money missing from my apartment. When I brought this to management’s attention, instead of addressing my concern, I received a lease violation and false accusations against me. Not sure what's happening to this place but it has chanced in the pass few months. I loved it here.... everytbing was always clean and quiet. Not there are people screaming and arguing outside at night. Fights all the time... the smell of weed is ridiculous... suddenly alot of people started to leave.... and now bunch of sketchy people have moved in.... morelikely we will be moving out too.
