Lacks professionalism and respect for patients. Canceled my appointment for a regular eye exam without my consent.
RecommendedI have nothing but positive things to say about this place. The staff working there are some of the most understanding and professional individuals I have ever has the pleasure of doing business with. From trying on frames, to having the receptionists explain to me how to put in contacts, I could not have asked for better people! And Dr. Gutierrez is incredible when it comes to any and all eye procedures. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Went for my first visit at Landings Eye Care yesterday and had a brilliant experience. The entire staff are wonderful, friendly, and really patient. Can't thank everyone enough for great care and service, and would highly recommend to anyone in Columbus.
I have been coming here for about 4 years! It is the best eye exam you will ever experience! I feel like I have had a physical for my eyes ! The doctor is awesome ! Dr.Gutierrez will be the last eye doctor you will need ! She is the best and awesome chairside manor! It is always a pleasure the staff are very welcoming and make u feel at home!
I loved my appointment with Dr. Gutierrez and her staff. Everyone is kind, energetic, and seems to really enjoy their roles helping patients. From help with insurance & referrals to choosing frames, the entire experience was fun and even entertaining!

I love this place the staff is friendly, warm welcome and the Dr gives a very thourough eye exam. I wouldn't go anywhere else glad I found this spot.
