I’ve only been here about a month so far, but my experience has been incredible so far. The communication is incredible - you can reach out by text, so you’re not limited to phone calls (or being stuck on hold), and Matt is very quick to respond and always positive and respectful, which seems hard to find when renting these days. I have loved living at the Landings at River Market! The Landings’ maintenance/leasing office managers stay on top of things very well with quick response times and the area is upbeat, inclusive and in a fun part of the city. Just a short walk from the river overlook and Riverwalk, as well. Definitely recommend!
