Verified Renter On the whole, the community is a pleasant place to live. I've not had any issues that would prevent me from leasing here again. In fact, I'm in the process of renewing my lease. There was some confusion when the a/c went out during an especially hot time of the summer. I believe there was some miscommunication with management, but ultimately the problem was quickly resolved. Verified Renter I love Bella Vista. Great staff, great community. It's cruel that no discounts were given while pools and gym were closed. It's extremely unprofessional that I have been ignored every time I've complained about residue coming off my floors. There's great things about Bella Vista, but also some super downsides.

Verified Renter We had have insects enter the apartment , which we have a 1 year old, email was sent out but respond was said nothing can be done unless its an emergency. As well light for our childs bedroom came off and email was sent out but no maintenance was done. No pool keys were received. Water reached the doorstep and email was sent out but no response.
