BADLY MANAGED. RUN!!!!!!!! Reasons why we moved out: 1. Paid deposit when the website clearly said $0 deposit. ( I have screenshots) 2. I didn't get a garage for 4 days. 3. Washer wasn't hooked up for 9 days due to faulty pipes in walls. 4. Dishwasher was broke for over 2 weeks. Finally was replaced and still didn't drain. It still doesn't work. 5. Badly managed chaos. They are unable to coordinate timely repairs and consistently subject residents to construction and dangerous conditions. Reports of mold are ignored. I personally returned to holes punched through the outside of the wall by careless workers. We were refused a walk through when we moved out and a month later have yet to see any paperwork regarding our deposit.
