We have lived in these apartments for about a year now. The apartment itself is spacious and the tall ceilings help it feel very open. We have more square footage than I could have gotten closer to the city. The grounds are fairly well taken care of - and they have a service to keep the geese away which is wonderful. The Landings at Beckett Ridge has been one of the best residential experiences as a military family. Quick management and maintenance response is so valuable to have in an apartment community. I loved the community culture and how friendly the neighbors were to us. I would have stayed another three years if we were afforded the opportunity to do so. This place was pretty great when we lived there for 1 year. Really enjoyed both the apartment and the community. Only complaint was that the rent was pretty expensive for what we got. After we moved out was when this place became a nightmare. We received our “move out inspection” and we were informed that they were keeping our deposit (about $700) and charging us additional money for replacement of the carpet due to “pet damage”. No need for any other tenants to move from one mice apt. To another mice infestation location WOWWEWOWWHOOWHOO. Unbelievable! The money these people pay a month should be nothing in apartment other than just the tenants no pest. Period! Damn shame glad tenants post bad mice/ roach infestation. Aka mice@THapts Fairfield watch out!
The maintenance here is far and away better than any apartment I have ever lived in. They get here FAST, they are pros!
