I have lived at The Landings for the past three years, and unfortunately, my experience with property management has steadily declined. Communication is consistently poor, work orders, including emergency requests, often go unanswered or are delayed, and long-term maintenance issues are addressed with temporary fixes instead of permanent solutions. I asked to renew my lease at the Landings prior to the deadline (7 June 2026) for notifying the staff. I have accessed the resident portal several times since and there is no lease contract to sign. The last time I accessed it there was a MTM fee of $392 and a $75 late fee. Because the Landings staff did not provide the lease document for the extended lease they are charging ME a month-to-month add-on for their mistake. Lady in the Leasing office was soooo kind very much dog friendly and a beautiful property!! If I could do 6 stars I would!
Rent is getting ridiculous, if you are going to have amenities dont make them a blanket charge for everyone who lives here make them by choice and charge that person, you have key entry on the pool and on other things so it would be easy to implement.
