My sister in law was found passed away in her apartment today. While my family, the police and the coroner were there taking care of the body and going through the process. Every time I get a package delivered there is never anything to pick up. As well as they send me a confirmation email with mail room access, that never actually let's me in
I lived here for almost a year. Terrible. we had a broken dishwasher on and off for OVER a month leaving us to hand wash dishes constantly and rack up the water bill doing that. The front door to the apartment complex was also broken for over half the time we lived here. The worst part was that our AC broke mid June, which was the hottest weeks of the summer at the time. Our air was out for 3 weeks at the least. They offered no compensation and only provided us with a tiny window unit for the living room of our two bedroom. ... read more
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Management was nice enough but I had to fight for any kind of communication. Lived there for a year and we had no AC for over 3 weeks in the middle of June. It was unlivable. My roommate and I had to move ourselves and our cats out due to how hot it was in the unit. Had a broken dishwasher for over a month so was stuck hand washing dishes. The front door was broken for most of my time living (not very safe). Never got compensation for the broken AC. Management was extremely unhelpful... read more
