I would most definitely give this place 10+ stars! Amanda goes out of her way to help you in anyway possible! The friendliest property manager around. Everyone here is so kind and nice. Maintenance Mark goes above and beyond! I am so glad that we have a safe and clean place to call home.
I have to say the white reviews are absurd! I live on the same floor as she did, and we have never had issues with mold or bugs in the building. I often visit other tenants on the other floors, and I have never seen bugs. I have asthma, so if there was mold, I would know. The door windows get dirty because of the neighbors dogs, but not "filthy and disgusting," as she claimed. We did have issues with a neighbor (her) smoking marijuana in the building, but she's gone now. My asthma was getting bad because of her! Good riddanc... read more
The property manager...hmmm, I don't even know where to start, she will go behind your back, she will walk through your entire apartment snooping around when she's only allowed to go into the kitchen, these are facts. She tries to make people think she cares but it's fake, she wants you to think it's a nice place but I was living with black mold and she knew it and did nothing about it, I keep a tidy home and she changed me over $1000 to clean, I even vacuumed and wipe things down right before I left, I left a little bit of ... read more
Roaches and black mold, I lived with a leaky fridge for 10 months waiting for the slumlord to replace it. The hallways and laundry room is disgusting. I'm a clean freak and can't handle living like that. Need I say more.
