I have enjoyed living here and feel like it's a great community to be a part of. Managers are quick to fix any issues that come up and Huntersville is awesome

I love it here!!! The apartments are great, ladies at the front are awesome, and I feel super safe here. I'm really happy I chose the landings as my new home.
if you have a brand new job you cannot live here. The ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and offer NO help. I am currently looking into a 2 bed 2 bath town home or garden amenity. I go in yesterday at about 4:30 (they close at 5) and one of the ladies (who has only been working there for a week, might I add) informed my girlfriend and I that we could hold the last garden amenity available with the security deposit, admin/other fees until I get two paychecks from my brand new job... Make sure that you are totally secure in your job before you sign the lease!!!!!!!!!! I first moved into the Landings in October of 2007. At that time, I had signed a one year lease. After the year was up, I re-signed for another year. All was going well until one month later when I lost my job. When I informed them, they told me that I would not be able to break the lease. These people are totally unsimpathetic when it comes to job loss. However, if your company transfers you to a town which is 50 miles or more away, you ca... read more
