Tomeka at the clubhouse is incredibly helpful and accommodating. She's always willing to assist with any of my inquiries and does so with professionalism and kindness. The maintenance team is also very responsive to service requests and works diligently to keep the grounds well-maintained. I've recommended The Landing to friends and will continue to do so in the future.
Only giving 1 star because it makes you. Do not rent from here. Apartments still FULL of mold from Ida, they don't fix anything and very inconsiderate. Currently persuing a civil lawsuit
1 review due to the fact that I was late 1 day to pay the rent and they charged me 100 dollar even though i requested them multiple times that i came to pay and no one was here. its been over 3 years now.
Wonderful place, just got all settled in and it already feels like home. Wonderful customer service from the leasing consultants as well.
I recently moved in at this apartment complex. The application process was quick and way easier than I thought. I am a first time renter, but the leasing agent, Kate was so welcoming and beyond helpful! She was genuinely interested in what we were looking for in an apartment. She was also extremely thorough and took the time to add up all our bills and make sure it was in our price range.
