Horrible customer service.. especially if you’re trying to move ASAP! Thankfully, we found something else so we don’t have to move into this complex. We’ve had the lights turned on for a week and a half, because they told us to do so, that it was required before we could move in. Been getting the run around since. Don’t recommend at all!!

Tomeka at the clubhouse is incredibly helpful and accommodating. She's always willing to assist with any of my inquiries and does so with professionalism and kindness. The maintenance team is also very responsive to service requests and works diligently to keep the grounds well-maintained. I've recommended The Landing to friends and will continue to do so in the future.
Only giving 1 star because it makes you. Do not rent from here. Apartments still FULL of mold from Ida, they don't fix anything and very inconsiderate. Currently persuing a civil lawsuit
1 review due to the fact that I was late 1 day to pay the rent and they charged me 100 dollar even though i requested them multiple times that i came to pay and no one was here. its been over 3 years now.
