They removed my original post after my mother passed away in their Memory Unit. The nurses and staff care deeply about the patients as long as your loved one has no other issues. They are not equipped or staffed with the level needed for when your loved one’s health decreases due to the Memory loss. The care declines and it is best you move your Loved one’s health decreases to a more skilled facility or home with Hospice.

Well, I can honestly say for the first time since my disability I do believe I have been discriminated against because of my physical disability for a front desk position. That I held previously( pre broken femur) I was an excellent employee. Therefore, I can't say that it is an fair, honest and non discriminative place to work. I did a presentation and exhibit of vintage evening bags at The Landing of O'Fallon this week and was blown away by the hospitality and high level of engagement by all the staff and residents I had the joy of interacting with. The residents here are clearly thriving and living their best lives, so much joy and laughter, and so many fun things going on for everyone to keep active. Absolutely the best place I have ever worked for. I look forward to going to work each day and seeing the amazing residents all wave to me in the halls. The staff is very sweet as well, all of us come together as a unit to provide the highest level of care to the residents. The food is amazing. We have the best chefs on staff.
