Great place management is awesome as well as maintenance thanks the landing love it here
I would like to praise the Office staff for helping me with all kinds of resources and payment plans especially working with me to get my balance at a zero. Not many places will extend their services like the staff at The Landing , thank you again for your time and dedication. Great place to live, great new management
If I could rate these apartments 0 start I would!! Please listen to everyone on these reviews when they say it’s horrible here!! Everything about here sucks from the apartments to management to the maintenance. Ac goes out every week they never come fix it, it’s 80 degrees in here and they have yet to fix it. I ran into another person that stays here and they definitely pick and choose who to get over on money with. He is disabled and told me he is paying way more than he should. They are very suspicious when it comes to peo... read more

My experience at THE LANDING AT PINEWOOD PARK has been extremely frustrating due to dishonest and deceptive practices from management. The biggest issue we faced was with unexplained charges. We were told we owed money, yet management refused to provide a clear explanation of what those charges were for especially when we believed everything had already been paid and settled.
