Great people great apartment everything great
Do not waste your money here these apartment’s leasing offices are money hungry they will charge you for anything and everything plus the roach infestation I say the only good thing is that it’s close to some good stores and restaurants EDIT: this place still sucks they moved me to a different unit because something flew into my roof and broke my water heater which caused a gas leak when I tell them they say I either have to wait and stay in a HOMELESS SHELTER so they can prepare the “new” unit they are giving me or I can mo... read more

My experience at The Landing at Pinewood Park has been extremely great. I have been here for 2 1/2 years and seen a great improvement with maintenance and especially office staff! I instantly feel comfortable when I walk in the office , thank you Trisha , Britney & Jason!!!
