It was a little bit of a rocky start 2 months after move-in but with changes,management has really been putting in the work over the past few months to make this apartment complex a better and safer place to live! Never be afraid to call the office with an issue, because they will gladly take care of it.
The landing at pinewood park is great for newcomers. Got my 1st apt in lubbock and they made the process swift and easy to apply. Its a easy commute to the Texas tech campus for college students and they even offer free wifi. I'm happy to be here
**I want to preface this that Trish has been amazing** Moved in December ‘24 and my heater didn’t work. Staff gave me space heaters for over a month causing my electric bill to be almost $400. Then it started getting warm and now my ac has been out since beginning of April. I spoke to the manager (Amy) 5/1 and she said they would have an answer about replacing with a new HVAC unit or a used one and still have not heard anything nor has anything been done.
