We rented a 2bd/2ba sight unseen, in desperate need of temporary housing, so I suppose we only have ourselves to blame. Let's start with the good: the office staff are very friendly and helpful. When we did our walk through, they had placed plug-in air fresheners in every room so it smelled "clean." Nice place. Close to almost everything specially to CSU where my son goes to. Pricey place but you pay for the convenience and security
Its a great place to live, a little busy with traffic at times due to the LA fitness and a few other local business that share the parking lot. I have never had an issue finding parking and there is a 6 story parking structure with an elevator and it well let at night. There is security at night and the complex has a cozy feel about it. Tons of college kids and it seems like they all smoke pot, but then again who doesn't.
