We moved in about 4 weeks ago. The apartment was in like new condition. The common areas and amenities are well-maintained. The staff has been extremely helpful and responsive to our inquiries. Apartment maintenance is generous and responsive, handling various filters and other expendables.
I have been at Legends @ the Landing for over 10 months. We love it here. This place is Fantastic very way possible.
Very nice property! Lots of great amenities. I am looking forward to enjoying my time here! Moving in was very easy and the gals in the office were super to work with! Thanks for helping me feel at home!!
My spouse moved to Illinois from Indiana last year and now I’m in the process of joining her. Tawn and the staff have been very helpful with adding me to the lease. They made me feel welcome and were prompt in getting all of the forms completed.
The Landing at Legends is AWESOME. Tawn is an incredible Director accompanied by Fiona ( previously Bryce) and Spring (Cleaning) and Eric (Maintenance) who are also wonderful. The residents of ALL ages add to the quality of The Landing; while the amenities of the pool, the workout rooms, the general areas, the pond, and the setting add to the beauty of The Landing.
