We moved in about 4 weeks ago. The apartment was in like new condition. The common areas and amenities are well-maintained. The staff has been extremely helpful and responsive to our inquiries. Apartment maintenance is generous and responsive, handling various filters and other expendables.
I have been at Legends @ the Landing for over 10 months. We love it here. This place is Fantastic very way possible.

My spouse moved to Illinois from Indiana last year and now I’m in the process of joining her. Tawn and the staff have been very helpful with adding me to the lease. They made me feel welcome and were prompt in getting all of the forms completed.
Two tries by maintenanceto get ice maker to work in brand new refrigerator in an apartment that has not been previously occupied. Please call in an appliance repairman/woman if needed to get this basic issue resolved. Thank you.
