I love this aprtment. This apartment is the best in terms of comfort, safety, and convenience. Above all, the managers of this apartment, Bryce and Tawn, are really kind. They are the kindest apartment managers I have ever met. Tawn was really kind when I first visited here, and she was always very helpful throughout my stay here. I'm sad to have to move to another area soon for work. If I ever return to Champaign, I'd definitely stay in this apartment. Great place to live, Tawn and Eric do a nice job of taking care of everyone, the neighbors are wonderful, and there are lots of nice amenities.
Fione Kimble has been Ah-Mazing sharing resources and the tour and time spent was nothing short of professional and enjoyable
We have lived here since September and couldn’t be happier with the facilities and management. The maintenance issues get resolved quickly and the office is exceptional. Jovanna, Mackenzie and Tawn have been great to work with from facility questions to reserving the clubhouse. We have been able to reserve the clubhouse 3 times. Once for our family Christmas party, a dinner party with friends, and our 50th anniversary dinner party. For our Anniversary the staff went out of their way moving furniture and helping set up.
