I can share with you guys a lot from this company Saphire Management LLC and both complex. Sandy Ridge and the Landing at Carneys Point Working here 2 times( supervisor position) and still the same, unprofessional people at the office, + They rent apartments without being ready, with no ac, no heat, old freaking kitchens, old bathrooms, old appliances etc. They don’t know how to do the job in that properties. cockroaches, apartment is decaying and falling apart from how cheaply made it was. rent us too high for such a bad quality apartment. not enough washing machines + dryers to accommodate everyone. bikes get stolen (children’s included). anything you put out on your patio will get stolen. 0/10 apartments and staff. 2023 update: pipes under the apartment bursted, flooding the apartment. we called the maintenance workers about 6 times. Out of those 6 times we got an actual person twice, and everytime the worker came, he left 10 ... read more
