The biggest issue is the air conditioning, which basically does not exist despite being advertised as “central air.” Every single summer, the unit either doesn’t work at all or barely functions. The apartment becomes unbearably hot, and no matter how many maintenance requests you put in, nothing actually gets fixed. I can share with you guys a lot from this company Saphire Management LLC and both complex. Sandy Ridge and the Landing at Carneys Point Working here 2 times( supervisor position) and still the same, unprofessional people at the office, + They rent apartments without being ready, with no ac, no heat, old freaking kitchens, old bathrooms, old appliances etc. They don’t know how to do the job in that properties.
