Avoid this place like the Plague if Kelly is the Property Manger!!! Worst experience in my life after she took over. Lived there 4 Years and loved the view. Then she took over and ruined it for many of us. Personally know 4 neighbors who also did not renew because of her.

We recently sold our house and decided to lease rather than buy while we sort out retirement plans. We could not be happier with our choice to live at The Landing at Briarcliff (TLAB). Mauryn, Amy and Christina in the Leasing Office have been fabulous and the maintenance team responded very quickly when we had a couple of minor issues. We have two private garages that provide direct access into our hallway and the gorgeous saltwater pool is just steps away. I have enjoyed living here starting last year although it has been very tough to say good things. A car of ours was broken into and then stolen a couple months later.. there is no cameras and the pool has had fights and problems recently with loud residents at night and it seems as though it’s getting worse. There is no security that patrols to make sure the property is safe I pay extra for a car port and there is always a car parked in my spot as well it is starting to become a frustrating issue.
