Oof. Where to begin. We lived here for 2 years- just moved out in May. The new management SUCKS. Their website, email, and phone are run by AI. No one ever gets back to you. They're never in the office so you can't even go in person to speak to someone. I've left countless voicemails, and sent countless emails and texts with NO RESPONSE. Stopped by The Landing recently for a tour and wanted to share how great it was. The leasing manager was incredibly welcoming. I also got to meet Latiffia – I believe she’s the Community Manager and seems quite new, but she went above and beyond to help me and really made my day. Great team!
It's been 3 months since we've moved out and no sign of our deposit check. We have contacted building management repeatedly with zero response. Have never experienced unprofessionalism to this degree... Renter beware.
I am a resident who is continuing for the third year. My first two years are great worth 4.5- 5 stars. the building is new with high end equipment and interior, spacious room, the management team is responsible. The down side is many sub L3 apartment don’t have daylight though at a very similar price with those have much better views. The third year so far has been a 3 star experience. doesn't reply to emails. extremely poor customer service, especially when you consider rental for a 2 bedroom apartment is 6.5K per month.
