Writing a new review. I was a resident this last year (06/24-06/25). There was a change in management halfway through the year. A word of caution- you likely will not see a cent of your $1000 damage deposit back. Nearly a $500 charge for repainting, plus an unlawful carpet cleaning fee, and it being impossible to schedule a move-out inspection with the maintenance team. Frustrating to say the least. I don't even live in the building and I go to the coffee called Progeny. I have two African America girls (not ladies by the way they act) people watching and looking at us if I am obstructing the front Entrance. The way she approached us was very rude and unprofessional! She could of introduce herself before screaming to us to move. I don't even live here imagine how they manage people in the complex. Think twice before you come here.
Their alarms have been blasting all day. This is probably annoying 10,000 people in the area. Update: I'll try to keep a log from now on.
