Absolutely love it here. I've been here just under a year now, and the place is kept very clean, the maintenance is quite fast, the walls/floors are thick and block way more sound than most apartments I've ever lived at. It's a very new complex as well, and it absolutely feels new. A lot of the "negative" reviews I've come across for this place are either absolutely standard for apartment policies, or issues that seem to come from tenant neglect. The apartments and office are fine. It's the collections department that is terrible. I emailed the managers 2 days after our move in date stating that our carpet was extremely worn and asked if we could get it replaced. Since it wasn't "damaged" they could only offer another cleaning. We are now being charged $70 at move out for "worn carpet". The collections department will return all of my calls except the ones where I am asking to get this resolved. Have also offered to forward the email. They will charge you for every c... read more
