Where to begin? Moved into The Landing after my deployment back in March 2019 and it's been the worst living experience ever. Five vehicles have been broken into in a span of a year, i personally know two of the victims. They finally contracted someone to roam the premises, but why not make it a gated community? If you have a dog, don't bother carrying a doggie bag. Your dog is allowed to s*** anywhere it wants. Parking is horrendous. My car got broken into, I’m just one of many people staying here that have had this experience.
These apartments are absolutely wonderful! If you want a luxury feel that is still affordable, great amenities, and pet-friendly with great neighbors and awesome management, this is the place for you. They are very quick to respond to questions and concerns, the complex is very well maintained, and they are hugely military and kid friendly. If I could give more than five stars, I would. My kids say they want to live here forever, lol.
Sooo I just moved in but I've had a great experience so far! The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. My situation is unique in that I had an offer letter with my company for a position in Mesa, AZ, but I was able to negotiate a transfer of my employment to their OKC site (since I'm from here). This meant I only have the offer letter for the Mesa site (so far), but the staff were able to work with me and accepted that offer as proof of employment (since I just graduated).
