I will say they have finally hired a cleaning crew... for the first floor. My co worker from a higher floor says they haven't vacuumed his hall in two months. I have neighbors on the first floor who have lived here for years and now are facing 3-4 hundred dollar rent increasing. The company has meetings and takes our assigned parking spots while we're at work so we come home having to pay to park at the meter, even though we already pay for assigned parking which is $75 monthly. What's happening here with new ownership ? Residents had to shovel their way out of parking lots to get to work. This has never happened before. The WMCA's parking lot was plowed by snow plows yesterday. Our 2 great maintenance guys are having to plow and shovel. It is not their job !
