Very nice, Very professional
I lived in the Landing for 6 months last year while I completed an assignment for work. It was the BEST experience that I've ever had with apartment living. The maintenance staff was on top of every request I made, and the office staff are some of the best people I've met. Where to start? The Landing is such an amazing building with wonderful vibes! Quaintly restored and period decorated with quality tastes and amenities. No two apartments are the same! Ann and Raquel are simply wonderful ladies and such a pleasure to work with, and a treasure to their residents. Just moved in this month and am really enjoying myself so far. Properly management was a pleasure to work with while scoping / touring the apartment. They made themselves available for all my questions and multiple tours I requested, as well as being so pleasant! Thanks to Ann and Raquel for all of their help. Pops, the maintenance guy stopped me on the side walk as I was walking into my place and told me to never hesitate to let him know if I needed anything. Good vibes so far!
Just recently moved into the landing,it's a beautiful building modeled to remain its almost century old cosmetics,coming through the front doors never gets old! It has a cozy quiet charm where you can hear a pin drop,the staff that I met as I transition to the complex seem kind and hard working!
