Came in with my grandson for a tour, the apartment he was shown was beautiful! The office ladies were so polished, the main entrance was very cleaned, and they had fresh popcorn too! I hope he does move here, it’s truly an amazing apartment!
I’ve lived at The Landing Apartments through different management changes, and I can honestly say the new management has made a noticeable difference already. The property feels more cared for, communication has been better, and the staff seems genuinely invested in making the community a better place to live. Things have been hectic getting started but as things settle in every day gets easier! We love it here

When I first moved here, I was really excited about living “downtown” it’s something a lot of people dream about. But after I signed the lease, I was honestly disappointed. The renovations were basically just surface-level fixes nothing was truly updated, just covered up. Every spring, when they switch the HVAC from heat to air, my ceiling starts leaking.
