I've been here for a few months and enjoy living here. The location and staff are great, with the Riverwalk close, as well as downtown sites.
A truly unique experience from start to finish. The building itself and the units are the most unique you’ll find in Dayton. The staff including the new property manager and two new leasing staff are friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions. They are military friendly as well, and understand laws regarding military orders. If you’re looking for a special place in the heart of downtown Dayton, look no further than The Landings.
Came in with my grandson for a tour, the apartment he was shown was beautiful! The office ladies were so polished, the main entrance was very cleaned, and they had fresh popcorn too! I hope he does move here, it’s truly an amazing apartment!
