This is the worst experience. Do not buy or rent from here. Westley is never in the office. We’ve been calling since May and no luck getting through. He finally answered an email and said he would get someone to fix the leak but he did not follow through with that. It’s the associations responsibility to fix this leak according to our contract. If the damage gets worse, it can get really bad and we’ve expressed this to him but he won’t take us seriously. I am very disheartened. I pay every month my bills to him on time or ah... read more
