I have placed several orders with The Lamp Stand. Each order has been delivered in a timely manner and carefully packed to avoid shipping damage. While placing one of my orders, I missed an item. I called the customer service number to see if they could manually add the item to my online order. They looked up my order and confirmed they could add it. So helpful and kind! I highly recommend this store!

I love The Lamp Stand, Sean and Shelly are always so welcoming and accommodating. John in the warehouse resolves my questions every time. The who team is outstanding and always professional. I recommend The Lamp Stand to anyone that asks.

website stated buy 4 get one free, and free shipping orders over $30.00. neither of which could i get applied. i did get the 10% coupon code texted to me but i cancelled my order

Giving two stars only because the Swan Creek melts were good. The McCalls were obviously very old, they were dry and crumbling and had no scent whatsoever. Had issues being unsubscribed from their mailing list. Hopefully that has been resolved. They also use Fedex with no signature confirmation and my package was dumped on the porch of our office on a weekend.
