The laminate floor they installed has been having problems since they installed it. It took almost a year, yes a YEAR, for them to come out and fix ONE of the problems. Now it seems that they have closed as the number listed does not work, the number I have for Mac’s cellphone is not answered and they do not return my emails. I am now looking at having to pay another company to fix up their shoddy work.
I hired this company to lay tile floors throughout my house. The work was done incorrectly, and never completed. The last three appointments we tried to schedule, two were no call/no show, and one they showed up 4 hours late with the incorrect product. There were two other appointments they did not show up for at all, and one where they showed up 5 hours late. Harold (the owner) is very rude and unprofessional. I regret ever hiring this company.
They installed laminate in my entire house and did a good job. The product started coming up all over the house and took well over a year and a half of pestering and scheduling to get part of it done. Several appts were no call no shows and pestering them again to get them to reschedule. 3 months after getting the part i did get fixed i can't even get ahold of them to finish the parts that still need to be finished. This company would get 0 stars if i could rate lower.
This IS MY HOUSE! You know how you take pride in something.....You watch every detail and you cringe when things aren't perfect when someone hurts, destroys or de values something that you Love?
