Would give 10 stars if I could , can't recommend Lambda enough. I've only been going for 6 months but in that time I've met some amazing people who truly are there to help and support you along your journey. There is something for everyone and the head coach Kat is nothing short of awesome in helping you reach your goals !! Trust the Process :)
Training for where it counts, friendly and local
If mirrors and muscle Mary's don't do it for you and you like to challenge yourself then lambda is the place for you. The trainers really know their stuff, whether it's group sessions for Solo sessions lambda has got you. Kat the owner is proof and herself that if you put in the effort you will get the results. So don't waste your time with the rest just join the Best.
