Overall a very good experience. They're very helpful and direct with a dental program suited for me. Wait times are not too bad with an appointment scheduled beforehand. They were kind enough to give me a massive discount when I lost my nightguard prematurely. Definitely will be continuing to come here for the future :)
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. As a first-time patient, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a healthcare provider. From the moment I arrived, things started off poorly. I was not properly greeted, given clear direction, or provided information regarding my insurance, despite discussing my insurance coverage before my appointment. Worst experience ever, If i can give a 0 star I would. This is our first time coming to the Lakewood dentist office of Paramount & Del Amo blvd. I take almost 3 hours just for x ray it is too mush slowly
