I submitted my application and it is so hard to contact anyone email or etc I been waiting for a call or some cause I put my move in date on the 14th and no one is answering I called the whole entire day and now I’m seeing all this reviews saying they don’t pick up I’m like oh lord I want to know if I got approved or not
I called this location to see whether or not they had any availability (because these places never update their listings) and they said they did. So I drove over here around 2:30pm during my break (they said they closed at 6:00 Mon-Fri). I get here, the door is locked, no one is picking up the phone (I called both numbers), there are two different operation hours listed at the door. No one is inside. I’ve been out of this complex for almost 2 years now. I am STILL waiting for my deposit back. I call the office to get a status and they continue to hang up the phone or not answer the phone. Send email for status, as well no reply. It is very difficult to reach out to the complex. Can’t speak to management and corporate information was not given correctly. UPDATE: 08/16/2023.
