Why do yall have mouse in my apartment
I’ve been waiting to live here for a while before leaving a review because they tend to treat newcomers nicer than veteran residents. After living here for quite some time, me and my boyfriend want and plan to stay here for a long while (I’m hoping my upstairs neighbor don’t haha). We have met a few of our other neighbors and they’ve been nice. Management changed often for a bit, but the newest one has been around for a while now and they’ve been doing well at their job. Although a very nice looking community with a beautiful view of the lake, a seating area and balconies and patios, the price being decent in these days and times in 2025 for the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, the great fact that you can park right in front of your home and the parking isn't ridiculous and the very nice office workers......they are infested with a rat problem. I would leave and come home to my bread being chewed on through the bag, sounds of rats squeaking throughout the day and rat poop on my countertops ... read more
When is first moved here Mr. Angel the maintenance guy was very helpful he help unload my u-haul and til this day he still remain the same helpful person on the property and anything I put a request to fix in my unit he will be there and fix it he's the best maintenance we have oh all the kids likes him as well. He needs a raise because he works hard to get alot of these unit's done.
