Complex Manager is wonderful. Maintenance crew is fabulous. 3 star rating because my rent has gone up $100 for last 2 years. My understanding when I moved in was that my rent was to be based on my income. I've been told that isn't the case. I don't know if something changed due to the complex changing ownership 2X since I moved in but the explanation I was given for the rent increase didn't make any sense to me.
I have lived here for over a year now, and I have no complaints. Amazing staff and very quick to fix any repairs in your home.
The apartments themselves are nice. Parking is absolutely terrible and the call box rarely works first time when trying to get into the left gate.
Ashley Fabella is the best property manager i have ever had. I am probably the most needy and high maintenance tenant in the world. She makes me feel heard and proud to be part of the community. Parking rules are at every apartment I thing the only way to get around that is rent a house... if you follow rules and procedures things tend to run a bit more smoothly.
