Ashley Fabella is the best property manager i have ever had. I am probably the most needy and high maintenance tenant in the world. She makes me feel heard and proud to be part of the community. Parking rules are at every apartment I thing the only way to get around that is rent a house... if you follow rules and procedures things tend to run a bit more smoothly. I have been living in these apartments for a year now and I am so grateful for Ashley. She was amazing at helping me with the process when we moved in and has continued to be responsive and communicative as things have come up over this year. Only reason for 4 stars is the pool has been closed for a few weeks now and the gym could use a little work.

I just recently moved to the state of Texas last year and location lake Dallas for residence. When I spoke with the property management team (all super friendly by the way) about what the community, then got my tour of the property and spoke with maintenance about how yo report an issue with I was sold, I loved the floor plans the price fits my budget perfectly. I can see myself maintaining a longtime residence with the allied property management
Lake shore apartments has been a terrible mess of management. These are advertised as Luxury apartments. They have been unable to keep staff in the front office. The gates often do not work. The staff is difficult to communicate with to resolve issues. The advertise as Luxury apartments. But they work with numerous organizations to bring in residents who are low income. Who are receiving financial assistance. Low income neighborhoods have high crime. Consequently we now see police in the complex on a monthly and weekly basis... read more
