The management is a waste of time
Place kinda sucks. Price isn't reasonable for the size of the apartment and the woods behind the apartments bring raccoons, snakes and all kinds of creepy crawlers in the complex.
Don't move in an apartment toward the back. It's near woods and there are all kinds of animals! I've seen like 5 snakes in the past couple weeks :-(
Alert: Avoid Ken at all costs. He is a social terrorist in 310. Can often be found at pool or hot tub drunk and reeking of whiskey from 10am-10pm.
