Lie after lie, we had our pontoon in storage for the winter. They brought our pontoon boat out in April a month early, somehow they managed to break the motor landing and the boat engine ended up in the lake. They failed to tell us and they took the boat back to their marina. Glad our neighbor saw this. Scott has not kept one promise he's made. It's been 2 months and we still don't have our pontoon. It's sitting in his lot collecting bird dodo. Engine is upside down. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do.
PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH LAKES MARINA (SCOTT LANGER) We purchased a boat from Scott in July 2014 and it's been a nightmare since. We have made several significant purchases throughout the years and have NEVER experienced such poor customer service than we did with Scott. Will "try" to keep it short to hold your attention. This place is the worst. We had a horrible experience with them. I wish we could give them zero stars. After being told the boat would be done on 10 different dates, we finally got it a month late. Before the job was completed, they demanded payment, held our boat hostage, and then did not finish the job completely. Do not use them.
