Do not move here if you have a dog. The dog park is not usable. The surface was originally covered with landscape mulch. It was completely removed about three months ago and is now just dirt… and mud every time it rains. The local management has gotten quotes to install sod or artificial turf… but are still waiting for the corporate management to make a decision. Very frustrating and disappointing
If you move in here, you might enjoy your first year but that is all you will get. Might as well not even bother to unpack because they will hike up your rent the next year to ensure that you cannot stay. They are coming up on one year since they opened and this is what is happening to 2/3 of the original tenants that moved in. Notice that all the reviews are from NEW tenants who just moved in or people who have just viewed the facility. Do not move here! Don't be fooled, this is a beautiful place but unfortunately there are genuinely bad people running it. This is supposed to be a community for retired people but they are currently experiencing a mass exodus of tennant's who moved in when they first opened due to 20-30% increases in rent. Most retirees are on a fixed income and cannot absorb this type of increase.
