Sarah and her entire team were so friendly and welcoming. My mom is interested in moving and maybe considering apartment and this was a phenomenal experience. Even though we weren’t in the market immediately, she took the time to explain everything to us and show us all the floor plans and options. Should my mom elect to go to the apartment route. The facility was so new clean and just felt like home.
Do not move here if you have a dog. The dog park is not usable. The surface was originally covered with landscape mulch. It was completely removed about three months ago and is now just dirt… and mud every time it rains. The local management has gotten quotes to install sod or artificial turf… but are still waiting for the corporate management to make a decision. Very frustrating and disappointing
If you move in here, you might enjoy your first year but that is all you will get. Might as well not even bother to unpack because they will hike up your rent the next year to ensure that you cannot stay. They are coming up on one year since they opened and this is what is happening to 2/3 of the original tenants that moved in. Notice that all the reviews are from NEW tenants who just moved in or people who have just viewed the facility.
