The Lakes Staff have been great. They have been very helpful with my transition in apartments.
Excellent staff and service. I am pleasantly surprised at how quiet the community is when compared to the size of the complex. I love the convenience of this place and the area shopping/restaurants. Kenya, Jesse, and Callie were great at welcoming me to the Lakes! I recommend this place 100%!!!!!
I have lived here at The Lakes of Turtle Creek in Hattiesburg, MS for almost 3 years. I have lived in four different complexes around Hattiesburg and have never felt safer and at home then I do here at The Lakes. Not to mention we are within walking distance to the mall and one of the largest strip malls in Hattiesburg. I love love love my granite counter tops, garden tub, and wooden floors. I've loved living at The Lakes. I am a college student that wasn't looking to live in the typical college apartments. If you are going for apartment living in Hattiesburg then The Lakes are the way to go! Its always quiet, everyone is friendly, very family oriented, staff is great! Anytime I have ever had a maintenance issue (which was very rare) the maintenance man would be at my door before I could even hang up the phone! Seriously the best place in Hattiesburg to live!
The walls are so thin you can hear snoring and hear what your neighbors are talking about. It also has toxic mold located in areas of the different walkways in most of the buildings. The lakes are a mud hole infested with mosquitos. It also has bad management on site. They don't have bumpers in road to make people slow down and the cars speed through and you can get run over. If simeobe lives above you it sounds like cattle are walking. Not a very pleasant place to live. It's not living it is just surviving.
