My friend & I toured The Lakes with Tami the manager. We loved it! We are planning to move in this summer. Tami & Christine her asst manager are both very personable and answered all our questions. We're looking forward to living there. Thank you to Tami & Christine!
To all who are 55 and up looking for a nice place to live. The Lakes of Grand Prairie is the awesome one to move into. I have lived here 3 years. Management / Maintenance here are awesome and so sweet and kind. Also very helpful. Any problem you have they are well taken care of . This building is kept nice and very very clean I cannot express that enough. They have fun things to do/go to during the week in the big dining area. Plenty of lights to light the whole parking lot. I was not looking forward to moving into an apartment after 40 plus years of living in a "house". The Lakes at GP have alleviated my worries. I moved in April 1st and could not be happier with my choice. The apartments are beautifully designed and the entire complex makes me feel a bit like I'm on a cruise ship.
