Been a resident here for about 6 months now and wanted to share a pretty cool positive experience with the Lakes. Rung Skyler on my first break of the day with several maintenance items and asked if he could have a maintenance guy come take care of them sometime. Completely taken care of before I even got home that day haha. Definitely didn’t expect that.
This is my second time living at The Lakes, management & maintenance are quick to reply, very accommodating. Clean quiet apartments, great place to live.
My boyfriend got our first apartment here at The Lakes in May. We love living here. It’s clean, neighbors are nice, the facilities are very nice as well. We can also have our dog here with us which makes things even better! Management and Maintenance do very well with communicating with residents regarding things that need fixed and they will even send out emails regarding weather or resident safety alerts. I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends and family.
