Renter, BEWARE! Everything they do is manual and tracked on paper. We booked the space two months out with the confirmation that it was available only to arrive day of to set up and discover it was being used by another group that the staff said had booked their event one month before we booked ours. Staff says they didn't realize until the other party showed up day of, but I just don't see how that's possible. They wound up setting us up in the lobby - no fridges/freezers, no microwave, no counter space for prep, no lake vi... read more
