Had my daughters wedding there this weekend. Let me start by saying the place is beautiful, very well maintained although can definitely use some upgrades. Outside of that, there was some things that was communicated when booking and paying our moneys, that changed the day of ceremony. We loved having our wedding here! It was affordable, and staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. We also received SO MANY compliments from our guests about how beautiful the facility was. The rotunda room for our ceremony sold us, for sure. I appreciated the option for renting mahogany Chiavari chairs ($300 for 100+ seats...cheaper than most rental shops), and even though we had to choose one of their listed caterers, we really enjoyed who we ended up going with (River City Catering). I could not be happier to have chosen Lake Mary Events Center as our wedding venue. I would not have changed a single thing! A special thank you to Sheryl who made all the difference. My wedding was two days after Hurricane Milton.. and she still managed to make sure everything went smoothly from rescheduling our rehearsal to rearranging the seating plan last minute. I could not recommend lake Mary Events Center highly enough!
