The venue is beautiful, but the staff made the experience stressful. They were rigid, not flexible with their rules, and even came off rude during the booking process. My bridesmaids arrived 30 minutes early by accident and it became a huge issue, which made me uncomfortable on my own wedding day. I also had a payment glitch where my bank info was correct but their system failed — they still charged me a fee and never responded to my email about it.
