Marion has been our tech servicing our water quality, weed management, and fountain service for multiple ponds throughout our community here at Bishop Gadsden Retirement Community on James Island for the last few years. He is extremely capable and a wonderful person to work with. I consider him a true partner rather than a service provider. He goes out of his way to communicate and will go the extra step to do things right!
The Lake Doctor has done a great job on our pond. Technician Tony Murphy has been outstanding to work with. His communication about his arrival/departure times and exactly what he has done has been great! We also have ducks on the pond and he watches out for them not to mention our pond is looking great!
As General Manager of Park West, our community has stood the test of time as one of the premier neighborhoods in Mount Pleasant. The Lake Doctors have our neighborhood stormwater pond looking great! We appreciate Joseph's application skills as he manuvered his way around the pond. This company and its knowledgable employees can definitely correct any problems you may be having with your pond.
