The setting was beautiful outside but the bartender Jenny just ignored me and my other female friend and only waited on the men.. We just left
Obviously a place made to turn out max profits to the owner. Understaffed, poorly designed, and cheap. They make most of their money from events, so they prioritize these over customers. Overall just a place that poorly disguises how they will do anything to make an extra buck.
My friends and I have gone to the Lagoon 3 times. We come with at least 30 people. We always call 2 days before to let them know we're coming. The bartenders never smile. It's hard to get service, the food takes forever and the tab is wrong. We had told them we would be there yesterday at 4:00. All doors were locked. We had to wait to get in.
